Plain and short. This page explains what happens to your data when you use this site.
No tracking, no analytics
There is no Google Analytics on this site, and no tracking or advertising scripts of any kind. We don't measure who you are or what you look at. That's also why you never see a cookie banner: there is nothing to ask permission for.
Cookies
We set no tracking cookies. The one thing this site can store is your language choice, and only if you click NL or EN yourself — a small preference cookie so the site opens in the right language next time. Nothing in it identifies you, and nothing is shared.
The contact form
When you send the form, the data you enter (name, company, email, message) is emailed to Vrijbaat through Resend, our email provider, so we can reply. That's the only use. It isn't stored in a database here, and it isn't shared with anyone else.
Booking a call
Booking happens right here on vrijbaat.nl. We built the scheduler ourselves — there's no third-party booking tool involved, and your details are never handed to one. What you enter (name, email, and optionally your company and a note) goes into our own Outlook calendar as a meeting invitation with a Teams link, and you get a confirmation email through Resend. Available times come from the free/busy state of that same calendar; no details of other meetings ever leave it.
Hosting and logs
The site runs on Vercel. Like any web server, it keeps short-lived technical logs (things like an IP address and which page was requested) to serve pages and block abuse. They aren't used to profile anyone.
